Platform Usage Rules

Each betting market on ds3h operates according to its own specific rules. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes, and deposits from third-party bank accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, though this may take longer in exceptional circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT), and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier.

Ds3h strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. If any user's transactions appear suspicious, the platform will automatically flag the associated account for review. Depositing funds from illegal sources is a violation of Bangladeshi law, and such cases will be reported to the relevant authorities. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, ds3h reserves the right to suspend the account until the investigation is concluded. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels, and your financial information is stored with the highest level of security.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Ds3h provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. ds3h is not liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. In the event of unexpected server outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure circumstances, ds3h is not obligated to provide compensation. Any financial losses arising from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility. Under no circumstances will ds3h's liability exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ds3h reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, though this is typically due to a breach of these terms. Where circumstances allow, users will be notified via email or through the platform prior to account closure. Any legitimate funds held in a suspended account will be returned once the relevant investigation is complete. You may also request to close your own account at any time, and any remaining valid balance will be refunded. Certain provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.

Terms Changes & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ds3h reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the option to close your account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ds3h and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Regardless of the country or region from which the platform is accessed, Bangladesh law shall prevail. For minor disputes, a quick resolution may be available through the ds3h support team.
